As a Senior Spacecraft Harness Engineer (Level 4 or Level 5), you will play a crucial role in adapting to evolving requirements typical of research and development (R&D) environments while facilitating the transition of missions into high-rate production.
In this pivotal position, you will manage intricate interfaces and contribute to innovative solutions in cable and harness design, as well as printed wiring board design. Your strong expertise in space vehicle architecture will be essential as you engage in all aspects of the process—from drafting proposals and designing schematics to hands-on work in the harness lab and witnessing satellite launches. Success in this role relies on exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to foster relationships, collaborate across functions, and proactively navigate risks and opportunities.
