Role Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Engineer within our Enterprise team, you will be pivotal in ensuring successful outcomes for Motive's Enterprise clientele. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will help define deal strategies, demonstrate the value of our innovative platform, and serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business insight, and exceptional communication skills as you align customer challenges with Motive's solutions to influence purchasing decisions. Reporting directly to the leader of Enterprise Solutions Engineering, your collaboration will span across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure that customer needs are met while fostering Motive's growth and strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to develop deal strategies and lead impactful discussions that sway executive-level decisions.
- Present Motive’s value proposition through tailored demonstrations that resonate with technical, operational, and business audiences, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Convert complex customer challenges into clear, actionable solutions that yield measurable business results.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, playing a vital role in securing strategic displacement opportunities.
