What’s the Opportunity?
As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Dublin, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, guiding them through the integration, deployment, and optimization of Intercom and our AI agent, Fin. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and R&D teams, you will provide strategic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on support for API integrations, security assessments, and automation strategies driven by AI.
