Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in fulfilling their technology and business needs using Redis databases and our suite of products, solutions, and services.
Identify, quantify, and validate the unique business requirements of customers and their specific use cases.
Collaborate closely with customer technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, and executives) to ensure the success of all customer POCs and pilot implementations.
Work alongside the Sales team to formulate effective account strategies and uncover new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
Demonstrate the company’s capabilities and technology in a professional and engaging manner, helping customers appreciate the business impact and competitive edge provided by Redis.
Leverage customer insights and feedback to enhance product documentation, best practices, and technical resources while liaising with Product Management and R&D teams.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience in pre-sales engineering, preferably with a focus on database engineering within enterprise software.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with database technologies and solutions.
Proficiency in customer engagement and technical sales processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
