Position Overview
We are seeking backend-focused software engineers who share our passion for our mission, at various experience levels. This is your chance to join a small but rapidly growing engineering team (currently 45+ engineers) and make a significant impact while enjoying a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
This is a hybrid role, requiring four days a week in our Manhattan office.
In this position, you will confront complex engineering challenges in areas such as audio/video processing and generative AI, bringing new features and products from conception to scale while carefully balancing speed with the high standards of stability required by the critical nature of our products. As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of Prepared's engineering culture.
