Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development on Salesforce, including data migration.
- Design and develop tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Create and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring interconnectivity in a multi-ORG environment.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for business process changes or requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce features and functionalities to ensure optimal platform usage.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Hands-on experience developing complex solutions in Salesforce environments, including automations and component migration.
- Knowledge in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with B2B and B2C, particularly in Salesforce community environments.
- Familiarity with version control and DevOps practices, such as GitLab and Salesforce DX.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts. Basic knowledge of RDBMS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Ability to gather requirements and experience in designing solutions using the platform.
- Knowledge of CRM.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
