Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will be pivotal in developing, coaching, and enhancing sales performance across our Closets and Garages sectors. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure effective onboarding of new hires, facilitate formal training, provide ongoing support after training completion, and offer targeted assistance to underperforming sales representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations.
This hands-on role combines sales training, field coaching, procedural discipline, and performance improvement, playing a critical role in driving consistency, accuracy, and effective execution across the territory.
