Team Overview
Join our dynamic Sales Operations team, where you will work closely with Retail commercial leadership to refine and enhance the end-to-end operations of our Retail acquisition channel. As we expand our Retail presence across various markets, we are transitioning from tactical execution to a framework of structured, data-driven operational governance, and you will be pivotal in driving this transformation.
In this role, you will serve as the operational partner to Retail leaders, converting commercial objectives into clear business rules, scalable processes, and measurable performance metrics. You will collaborate extensively with Revenue Analytics, Revenue Platform, Finance, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that our Retail operations are supported by integrated, sustainable systems rather than relying on manual workarounds.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic partner to Retail channel leadership, driving operational performance and fostering sustainable growth.
- Translate commercial strategies into clear KPIs, governance frameworks, and scalable business rules throughout the Retail value stream.
- Develop compelling business cases for process or system enhancements, showcasing their impact on channel performance and KPIs.
- Lead key cross-functional initiatives to ensure channel growth and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, Finance, and Analytics teams to guarantee accurate system implementation and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify execution gaps, proactively surface risks, and facilitate decision-making to eliminate obstacles and enhance efficiency.
- Oversee the operational frameworks for Retail, continuously assessing impact and determining corrective actions as necessary.
Ideal Candidate
- You possess significant experience in Retail operations and have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in retail sales cycles, field teams, and trade environments.
