Your Role as Sales Operations Lead
In this pivotal role at Retell AI, you will design and implement the go-to-market (GTM) operating system that ensures our revenue generation process is reliable as we scale. You will manage the data, tools, and operational cadence that the sales team relies on daily, transforming a dynamic environment into a consistent, measurable, and repeatable workflow.
This is an exceptional ground-floor opportunity to establish the Sales Operations function from the ground up, directly reporting to the CEO and influencing how Retell engages with Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB clients for years to come. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to streamline processes throughout the funnel, from lead generation and pipeline management to forecasting and quote-to-cash processes.
