In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and expansion of our Tour Operating and Travel Agent business within the DACH market. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, and MICE companies.
- Organize and deliver product training sessions, FAM trips, roadshows, and exclusive events for selected travel agencies.
- Identify and participate in high-profile events to elevate the brand’s commercial perception.
- Serve as the primary contact for strengthening B2B partnerships and enhancing travel media relations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to co-develop trade and commercial strategies that maximize market potential and drive optimal business outcomes.
- Create and execute strategic marketing and budget plans aligned with overarching business goals.
- Implement targeted, result-oriented sales and marketing initiatives to stimulate revenue growth.
- Ensure comprehensive advertising coverage and capitalize on commercial marketing opportunities.
- Represent Grecotel at industry trade shows, tourism exhibitions, and significant events.
- Travel regularly to Grecotel properties in Greece to stay informed on product developments and service standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales managers and executives to align on objectives and performance expectations.
- Support existing travel agents while proactively acquiring new contacts and clients through outreach efforts.
- Contribute to budgeting, monitoring, and reporting processes.
