THE ROLE - Senior Sales Executive for the Nordic Region
- Formulate and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at target agencies and relevant use cases, resulting in a robust pipeline of opportunities within the market to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Neo4j solutions and their applicability within the target market.
- Effectively communicate the unique benefits and advantages of graph technology compared to traditional database solutions to prospective clients.
- Navigate sales cycles utilizing Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals for Neo4j solutions that encompass our products and services.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering resources to define and execute well-qualified proof of concepts (POCs).
- Execute the “Land & Expand” strategy to foster growth within accounts you establish.
- Mentor and provide direction to your assigned Sales Development Representative (SDR) in supporting your pipeline development efforts.
