About the Role:
Following Veeam's acquisition of Securiti AI, a frontrunner in AI-driven data security posture management (DSPM), we are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Engineer. This key position involves providing technical leadership within our sales team, particularly focusing on the Securiti AI product suite. You will closely collaborate with a Securiti Sales Specialist and assist 3-5 Account Executives and Veeam Solution Engineers, serving as the principal technical subject matter expert.
Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through needs assessments to solution design, conducting hands-on demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to highlight the value of our offerings. Success in this role hinges on your robust technical acumen and ability to foster trust with clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main technical contact for Securiti AI solutions throughout the sales process.
- Lead technical discussions and craft customized security solutions.
- Address customer requirements in data discovery, posture management, and compliance.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Work alongside product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
- Deep understanding of data and cloud security.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- 10+ years of technical sales experience in security.
- 15+ years in Software/SaaS/Enterprise technical sales.
- Practical experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with data privacy/security standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001).
