About the Role
As a Senior Sales Engineer / Solution Consultant, you will be the technical backbone for our Enterprise Account Executives, playing a pivotal role in closing our largest deals. Your extensive knowledge of AI and telephony will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of Synthflow's AI phone agents. Your mission is to technically evaluate opportunities, lead solution design, and showcase the platform's capabilities through engaging demonstrations and customized Proof-of-Concepts (POCs). You will act as a trusted advisor, instilling confidence in prospects regarding both the technology and the solution architecture necessary for their success.
Your Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Discovery: Collaborate closely with the Sales team, leading technical discovery sessions to deeply understand the customer's contact center, CRM, and telephony environments, along with their main business challenges.
Technical Value Presentation: Create and present highly engaging, tailored product demonstrations and workshops that align our platform's features with the prospect's needs and return on investment goals.
Solution Design & POCs: Develop comprehensive technical architectures, produce high-quality technical documentation for proposals (RFPs/RFIs), and ensure the successful execution of all technical Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
Expert Consulting: Act as the technical authority during the sales process, addressing integration, security, and infrastructure inquiries from both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
