Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team of 8 Middle Market Credit Union Account Executives focused on prospecting, closing new business, and enhancing existing client relationships within our Credit Union vertical.
- Establish clear objectives, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and implement sales strategies that promote revenue growth.
- Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data to uncover improvement opportunities and exceed targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability and ongoing learning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, membership, customer success) to streamline the sales process and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
