YOUR ROLE
As a Senior S&OP Manager, you will be instrumental in driving planning alignment across Marketing, Product, Demand Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Production, and Logistics. You will be a key member of the Central Planning team within the International Operations department, reporting directly to the Associate Director of S&OP.
Your insights will empower markets to make informed, rapid decisions—from optimizing delivery schedules to enhance ingredient quality while managing costs, to identifying underperforming SKUs for critical evaluation. You will be the primary partner for resolving bottlenecks, minimizing costs, and ensuring our supply chain operates with precision.
Additionally, your efforts will promote consistency and best practices across markets by initiating forums for menu planning and supply-risk assessments, and by equipping teams with the necessary tools and dashboards. By automating reporting processes and expanding data accessibility through Tableau and Google Sheets, you will significantly enhance efficiency and transparency throughout the network.
Ultimately, you will serve as both a connector and an innovator—fostering collaboration across departments while implementing smarter processes that keep our planning cycles agile, data-driven, and closely aligned with our business strategy.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide analytical support to markets for effective decision-making, including SKU performance analysis, delivery schedule evaluations, and root-cause analysis of substitutions. Mentor stakeholders on leveraging insights for decisive actions.
- Implement best practices across markets by designing and facilitating standardized processes such as pre-menu planning input sessions and SKU risk reviews.
- Enhance reporting infrastructure by automating KPI tracking and transitioning manual Google Sheets into more efficient solutions, including Tableau dashboards and automated Google Sheets.
