Summary:
The RevOps Technology & Automation team is responsible for the systems and AI tools that empower our go-to-market (GTM) teams to drive revenue. Our goal is to enhance ZipRecruiter’s GTM capabilities by fostering data-driven decisions, strategic development, and operational efficiencies.
The Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst will play a critical role in enabling our sales, marketing, support, and leadership teams to achieve measurable ROI. This position requires close collaboration with these teams and IT to implement workflow automation and promote the adoption of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of sales pipeline processes.
We are seeking a high-performing analyst to join our team, tasked with managing our technology stack and lead enrichment solutions. You will work closely with sales, finance, and leadership teams to conduct analyses that inform decisions related to our sales technology and automation processes utilizing AI agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Ownership & ROI: Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our GTM tech stack (e.g., Glean, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lightcast), ensuring these tools yield quantifiable ROI.
- Workflow Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and develop automated solutions to enhance GTM velocity.
- AI Adoption: Spearhead the implementation and adoption of AI tools within our revenue teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Lead Enrichment & Pipeline Management: Analyze and enhance lead enrichment solutions to streamline pipeline management.
