About Your Role
As a Senior Regional Lead at Heidi Health, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion across Asia. You will be entrusted with opening strategic doors, securing essential partnerships, and representing Heidi to key stakeholders including government ministries, health authorities, major hospital groups, universities, and enterprise partners. You will lead through effective relationship building, with full accountability for regional performance. Shape our strategy, sponsor key deals, and empower local teams to execute initiatives effectively, all while enjoying high autonomy and robust support from our global team.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and implement Heidi’s regional strategy in conjunction with global leadership, identifying impactful opportunities and entry pathways.
Government & Enterprise Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders in ministries, health authorities, and hospital systems, translating strategic discussions into actionable pilots and agreements.
Anchor Partnerships: Secure key customers and trusted partners that enhance our credibility and facilitate early growth, while negotiating frameworks that align with local market needs.
Commercial Outcomes: Manage the regional pipeline from initial engagement to large-scale rollout, driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term sustainability.
Team Enablement & Executive Sponsorship: Mentor local teams, providing senior-level support in meetings, negotiations, and strategic evaluations, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
Market Intelligence & Governance: Gather insights on healthcare systems, procurement processes, and policy trends to inform strategic decisions.
