Your Role as a Senior Recruiter
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to identify and recruit exceptional talent for both technical and business positions. You will take charge of the complete hiring process while ensuring a swift and high-quality recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for diverse roles, from sourcing candidates to finalizing offers.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of high-caliber candidates across various functions, including engineering, go-to-market, and operations.
- Work in partnership with founders and hiring managers to clarify job requirements, align candidate profiles, and establish evaluation criteria.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to job offer.
- Act swiftly to advance hiring processes and remove obstacles.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and outreach tactics.
- Enhance and streamline recruiting processes, systems, and reporting metrics.
- Promote employer branding through LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring across a spectrum of functions (both technical and business roles).
- Exceptional sourcing abilities and innovative approaches to attracting top talent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms to streamline processes.
