ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in conducting thorough quality reviews of stakeholder activities and delivering actionable feedback. This position is vital in maintaining quality standards across processes, identifying areas for improvement, and analyzing performance trends. The QA Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA practices with the company's objectives and regulatory mandates.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Conduct assigned sampling reviews promptly according to the established schedule
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation, proactively addressing discrepancies, and ensuring timely updates on observations and remediation
- Engage actively in calibrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and learning gaps, effectively communicating these to senior management and stakeholders
- Uphold the highest quality and regulatory standards in all QA reviews
- Analyze performance trends related to individuals and processes, escalating relevant findings to the Team Lead or QA Specialist
- Support colleagues and area Analysts by responding to inquiries and fostering a collaborative, professional environment
