CIMA+ is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in environmental permitting and approvals. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in planning and coordinating regulatory processes, acting as a strategic partner to both internal and external clients. Your expertise will guide decision-makers on optimal regulatory strategies, anticipate risks, and aid in optimizing project timelines.
You will ensure environmental compliance of projects while effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing applications and necessary studies. Our diverse projects span various sectors, serving both public and private clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the project lead for all environmental permitting and approval processes.
- Plan and coordinate regulatory analyses to identify applicable requirements and necessary permits.
- Advise clients on preferred regulatory strategies and associated risks.
- Collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to incorporate environmental considerations at all project stages.
- Identify potential environmental impacts and propose mitigation measures while ensuring thorough oversight of field activities (faunal inventories, soil studies, etc.).
- Supervise the preparation and submission of applications (compliance validations, review requests, ministerial approvals, compliance declarations, various permits).
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in producing studies and documents supporting applications.
- Ensure effective communication with regulatory authorities and support clients in their interactions with them.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and the quality of deliverables.
- Mentor and support professionals and technicians in executing mandates.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.
- Contribute to business development and prepare service proposals.
