- Foster productive relationships with business owners, project sponsors, and team members.
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise during the project.
- Assess staffing needs and construct project teams accordingly.
- Prepare budget proposals for necessary resources.
- Identify potential risks or issues within the project.
- Analyze and prioritize risks and their impact on the project timeline and deliverables.
- Maintain and update RIDA logs.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings to clarify roles and expectations.
- Continuously monitor project costs against the established budget.
- Identify resource requirements, perform quality reviews, and escalate issues related to scope, budget, quality, or timeline as necessary.
- Devise recovery plans or assess impact if recovery is not feasible and escalate accordingly.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports detailing project scope, goals, milestones, budget, risks, and critical issues for stakeholders.
- Conduct formal reviews with business sponsors upon project completion to ensure satisfaction and acceptance.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement based on past projects.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
IT Specific:
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure, and system integration principles.
- Practical understanding of network environments, cloud platforms, and multi-site technology deployments.
- Expertise in data migration strategies, API integrations, and system interoperability across enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance standards, and risk mitigation in IT environments.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, solution designs, and vendor specifications to ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards.
- Effectively collaborate with engineers, architects, and vendors by translating business needs into practical solutions.
