About the Role
We are in search of a seasoned Product Specialist with a strong background in the SaaS sector to facilitate customer onboarding, promote product adoption, and deliver quantifiable value through our AI product suite. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring smooth interactions throughout the customer lifecycle while working alongside internal teams to align product functionalities with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring efficient setup, integration, and initial success with our AI offerings.
- Conduct customer-focused sessions, demonstrations, and provide best practice recommendations.
- Establish robust relationships with customer stakeholders across various teams, including technical, business, and executive levels.
- Collect customer feedback and convert insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to renewal and expansion opportunities.
