As a Senior Product Manager on our Web team, you will bring the narrative of Fin and the Intercom Suite to life through exceptional web experiences. Your role will be pivotal in showcasing our products, articulating our brand story, and communicating our vision for the future of AI customer service. This is a highly visible position that significantly influences how prospects and customers perceive our identity, our offerings, and their importance.
We seek a candidate with a strong product marketing background or significant experience in conveying narratives through digital platforms. You are a proactive leader, advancing projects, making decisive choices, and ensuring every launch adheres to Intercom’s high standards of design, clarity, and quality. You will collaborate closely with product marketing, designers, engineers, and brand teams to create pages that are visually captivating, narratively engaging, and optimized for performance.
