About the Team
The Online Payments team, part of our Payments Tribe, serves as the backbone of our digital ecosystem. As the Senior Product Manager for Online Payments, you will spearhead the development of our online payment solutions while collaborating closely with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully own our Online Payments product, comprehensively understanding the entire process from checkout to API integration.
- Evaluate our current e-commerce offerings, conduct competitive analyses, and identify key feature gaps.
- Pinpoint merchant pain points in onboarding, integration, and checkout, translating them into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Analytics to establish and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement insights for product improvements.
- Review regulatory and card scheme documentation to ensure compliance across all online payment processes.
- Work alongside Sales, Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Payment Partnerships, and PayOps to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.
- Coordinate with acquirers, PSPs, card schemes, and 3DS providers to facilitate integrations and updates.
