Overview:
The Senior Product Manager will focus on our white-label solutions, collaborating with B2B partners to enhance their platforms using Agoda’s technological innovations and services, ultimately improving the customer experience.
In this role, you will define the strategic direction and objectives for Agoda’s suite of products, including our website, mobile apps, marketing initiatives, and advanced internal tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. Senior Product Managers are at the forefront of innovation in a highly competitive environment, maintaining a dynamic product roadmap while effectively communicating with stakeholders across the business spectrum to ensure peak product performance.
You will need a holistic perspective while also honing in on the finer details of product design, functionality, and usability. A strong grasp of eCommerce metrics—such as conversion rates, ROI, site performance, and customer engagement—is essential.
