About Togetherwork
Togetherwork is a thriving SaaS organization generating $250M in recurring revenue, offering over 33 software applications across more than 12 vertical markets. Our mission is to empower communities, organizations, and businesses by providing tailored software solutions that meet their distinct needs.
We uphold exceptional standards for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While our Product & Strategy leaders are responsible for portfolio outcomes, we recognize the equally essential role of our individual contributors—who bring curiosity, precision, and accountability to every project. Senior contributors are expected to operate autonomously, create clarity in complex situations, and drive alignment across multifaceted, cross-functional initiatives.
We collaborate closely with Engineering, Revenue, Customer Experience, Operations, and Support, sharing responsibility for delivering modern, insight-driven products. Our culture is built on hard work—not for accolades, but in service of our customers and the sustainable growth of our company. We embrace innovation and responsible AI to enhance insights, improve execution, and increase our impact.
Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and autonomous Senior Product Manager to spearhead complex, high-impact product initiatives within our portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing multi-quarter product strategies, shaping long-term roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to achieve significant customer and business outcomes.
As a senior individual contributor, you will have a greater degree of independence than a conventional Product Manager—leveraging data, customer insights, and market signals to influence direction and outcomes. You will act as a thought leader across teams, elevate standards for product discovery and delivery, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
This position is perfect for a product leader who excels in ambiguity, is skilled in storytelling, can influence without authority, and is comfortable representing the product to customers, partners, and leadership.
