The Role and Team
We are seeking a Senior Product Experience Designer to join our dynamic PX team in Chicago, focusing on Financial Products. This team plays a crucial role in constructing the financial infrastructure for premier platforms worldwide.
In a time when the boundaries between payments and banking are increasingly blurred, Adyen is proud to offer a suite of financial products including Accounts, Capital, and Issuing tailored for enterprise platforms. In this position, you will transcend traditional interface design, addressing high-stakes financial workflows. Collaborating with product managers and engineers, you will shape the strategic vision of our financial offerings, translating intricate business logic into clear, user-friendly experiences for enterprise clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Comprehensively understand and enhance user experience (UX) across intricate product ecosystems. Take ownership of broad, undefined challenges within the financial sector, not only developing solutions but also defining the problems, while balancing user needs with regulatory and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Data Analytics teams to co-create and communicate a cohesive tactical roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives.
