As a Senior Process Improvement Consultant, you will serve as a master practitioner and leader within our internal-consultant framework, spearheading advanced process improvement initiatives, mentoring peers, and leading the creation of new service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead Service Offerings: Design, launch, and continuously refine new process improvement services, including kaizen events and innovation sprints, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Consulting & Mentorship: Act as the lead consultant on complex projects, offering expert guidance and mentorship to team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Process Design & Reengineering: Independently manage the analysis, modeling, and redesign of intricate business processes, employing advanced tools and techniques to achieve measurable enhancements.
- Community of Practice Engagement: Actively engage in and influence the cross-divisional Community of Practice by sharing insights, facilitating workshops, and promoting the adoption of process improvement methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels, advocating for process improvement initiatives and securing support for transformational change.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and assessing the impact of changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with process standards and procedures, taking the lead in promoting adherence to best practices.
