Sincere is in search of an experienced Senior Personal Executive Assistant to become a vital member of our expanding team. We are looking for an adept multi-tasker who excels in problem-solving and event coordination, residing near Framingham, MA. This full-time position offers a dynamic blend of corporate responsibilities and personal tasks. The perfect candidate will have over 10 years of experience supporting C-level executives, demonstrating comfort in managing complex hotel arrangements for large groups while also handling everyday errands like grocery shopping. As part of a two-person executive assistant team, this individual must exhibit strong skills in delegation, prioritization, and collaborative work.
This role requires three days per week in our Framingham headquarters, with flexibility to work remotely or on-site as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance C-Suite productivity by managing errands, renewals, payments, and both business and personal tasks, allowing our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.
- Maintain alignment with calendars and schedules, ensuring awareness of crucial work and personal commitments while proactively anticipating needs.
- Oversee logistics for quarterly board meetings, executive-level gatherings, and other significant events.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for executives and their families, including flights, ground transport, hotel bookings, and related activities.
- Manage loyalty points and travel rewards programs to maximize benefits.
- Provide technical support to ensure all systems (A/V, WiFi, security, irrigation) operate at peak efficiency.
- Source service providers and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with household tasks such as shopping, returns, donations, setup, and installations.
- Surprise and delight by proactively addressing needs beyond the specified responsibilities.
