This Senior People Partner role will collaborate with leaders in our engineering organization to shape our organizational design, support our transition to an AI-first engineering structure, and enliven our culture of high performance.
Your Mission
- Collaborate with Engineering Leadership (Directors and Engineering Managers) to foster healthy, high-performing teams within our approximately 330-person engineering organization.
- Translate Business Strategy into People Strategy with a clear, prioritized roadmap addressing organizational health, capability needs, leadership development, talent acquisition, and cultural enhancement.
- Drive Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Shape target organizational structures, support reorganizations and team evolutions, and partner with FP&A on annual people planning.
- Facilitate the Transition to an AI-First Organization by collaborating with leaders on capability development, adoption strategies, and change leadership.
- Execute Core People Processes with credibility and consistency for Engineering (performance cycles, calibrations, leveling inputs, compensation cycle support), continuously enhancing these processes in a dynamic tech environment.
Your Toolkit
- Extensive Experience as a Senior People Partner in complex organizations: Proven ability to navigate scale and ambiguity (e.g., 1,000+ employees, multiple stakeholder teams/COEs, matrixed leadership), delivering results through influence.
- Deep Understanding of Engineering Organizational Dynamics (Engineering–Product interfaces, scaling patterns, role clarity, team health indicators).
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
