As the Senior People Consultant at Qantas, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, promoting the growth, development, and engagement of our workforce. You will achieve this by providing proactive leadership and executing initiatives that align with both our business strategy and People and Culture objectives. Additionally, you will design, implement, and integrate essential Group People & Culture programs to enhance organizational capacity and ensure consistent, high-quality people outcomes.
