We are on the lookout for a Senior People Business Partner to join our dynamic People team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver comprehensive support to your client groups, emphasizing talent development, employee engagement, and performance enhancement across all tiers of the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Strategic Advisor:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders on people-oriented strategies and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with anticipated hyper-growth.
- Shape and drive organizational goals by aligning people strategy with business objectives, applying creative and forward-thinking insights.
- Coach and advise teams on best practices while fostering deep, trusting relationships.
Employee Relations:
- Offer guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation while managing complex employee relations investigations.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations, partnering closely with management to enhance work relationships and morale.
- Exemplify employee advocacy, balancing employee needs with organizational goals.
Organizational Development:
- Serve as a thought leader, spearheading the design, implementation, and enhancement of new people programs while refining existing high-impact initiatives across functions.
- Drive process improvements in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, high-growth environment.
