Your Opportunity:
We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Partner Operations Consultant to enhance our global Alliances Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
Partner Lifecycle Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for our delivery partners, fostering strong relationships and proactively addressing any inquiries.
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from onboarding and training to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Operational Excellence:
- Work alongside the Alliances Operations Lead to identify, implement, and document new processes that establish and disseminate best practices globally.
- Uphold data standards to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of all partner-related data.
Resource & Commercial Alignment:
- Monitor the sales pipeline to forecast partner resource requirements, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Oversee the allocation of partner resources to fulfill project demands and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to assist in the negotiation and finalization of partner contracts and rate cards.
Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze partner data to generate clear, insightful reports that assist leadership in making informed decisions.
- Manage partner-related budgets, contract renewals, and invoice approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage closely with internal Alliances, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
