Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Senior Meta and TikTok Ads Specialist to spearhead high-impact paid social advertising campaigns on the Meta and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate should be a data-driven performance marketer with extensive experience in scaling paid social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of paid social campaigns—from strategizing and testing creative concepts to optimization and scaling—ensuring measurable results throughout.
The perfect candidate will possess in-depth hands-on experience with both Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, a solid grasp of platform algorithms, and the ability to craft creative campaigns that drive conversions. Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or eCommerce businesses will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Create and implement innovative advertising strategies tailored for TikTok and Meta platforms.
- Manage the full execution of campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, hooks, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Scale successful campaigns while ensuring profitable customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create high-converting short-form video ads that align with TikTok and Meta algorithms.
- Implement and oversee Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
- Generate performance reports and deliver insights to enhance overall marketing strategies.
