Role Overview:
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and success through strategic planning and execution of our marketing initiatives.
About the Position:
This role demands a blend of strategic insight and practical execution. We seek a versatile professional with a proven history in marketing B2B conferences and events, especially in marketing automation and digital strategies. Familiarity with climate change policy and sustainability is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for B2B conferences and events in the climate and sustainability sector, encompassing email marketing strategies (including copywriting).
- Lead demand generation efforts, marketing automation, and social media strategies for our business and event portfolio.
- Enhance and maintain our marketing database.
- Oversee content creation and management, including copywriting and preparing creative briefs.
- Provide analytical and detailed reporting to inform commercial decisions, strategize effectively, and mentor junior marketing team members through skills training and KPI oversight.
