Website Development & Management
As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will take ownership of the daily management of our company websites and internal listing engines, ensuring they deliver accurate content, optimal performance, and a user-friendly experience.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external developers to define, test, and deploy new website features, templates, and integrations.
Conduct audits of site structure, enhance navigation, and troubleshoot technical issues to guarantee rapid load times and mobile-first performance.
Work closely with IT to ensure our websites adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and usability standards.
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a robust SEO strategy encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO (including schema, site speed, and metadata), and link-building initiatives.
Regularly monitor rankings and traffic metrics, providing performance reports and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain CYM Living’s strong search visibility.
Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to enhance SEO strategy and gain valuable digital performance insights.
Analytics & Reporting
Lead the development of website analytics and performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights to both marketing leadership and regional teams.
Manage tracking tools (such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to evaluate campaign performance and lead conversions.
Ensure that reporting is integrated with enterprise applications and complies with IT data governance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside IT and Marketing/Leasing strategy teams to align website functionality with overall business objectives.
Support digital advertising, ILS strategies, and lead management by ensuring data accuracy and optimizing landing page performance.
Innovation & Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline digital processes, automate workflows, and enhance the ROI of digital initiatives.
Research, recommend, and implement cutting-edge tools or technologies to improve our digital marketing efforts.
