As a Senior Manager of Technology Recruitment and Talent Management, you will spearhead the strategic vision and implementation of our technology hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Technology Recruitment: Formulate and execute a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with CP Axtra Tech Hub’s mission and vision.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Anticipate emerging talent demands in specialized and innovative fields such as AI, data science, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and retail technology solutions while cultivating a strong candidate pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers, establishing clear performance metrics and nurturing a high-performance culture.
• Recruitment Process Optimization: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Employer Branding: Position CP Axtra Tech Hub as the employer of choice for leading technologists throughout China and beyond by representing the company at prestigious recruitment events, fostering university partnerships, and showcasing our innovative culture.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to monitor and enhance recruitment performance, regularly reporting insights to leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, R&D leaders, and hiring managers to define role specifications and align talent strategies with innovation goals.
• Market Advisement: Provide insights to stakeholders regarding talent availability, compensation standards, and competitive hiring practices within China’s technology sector.
