Role Overview
In the role of Senior Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our client projects and initiatives. Your extensive experience in client services will enable us to not just meet, but surpass client expectations. With a deep understanding of strategy, customer experience design, and technology, you will independently lead cross-functional teams toward our shared goals.
Your ability to identify opportunities for innovation, define effective strategies, and understand client needs will be essential in this position. You will leverage your expertise and Konrad’s Design Thinking Process to tackle complex business issues, guiding our clients from early brainstorming sessions to the delivery of impactful user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams and mentoring emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Engagement Lead for high-priority projects and initiatives.
- Oversee engagement and program processes, including budget management, scope definition, timelines, organization, resource allocation, implementation, and risk assessment.
- Guide cross-functional team members towards success, ensuring alignment with project or program vision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving project or program-level issues autonomously.
- Proactively identify and solve problems while seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate experience design thinking workshops with clients.
- Understand and interpret clients’ business challenges and objectives, collaborating with our design and technology teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in design and technology trends.
- Mentor and guide members of our global team.
