Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Retail Marketing leads teams focused on executing campaign launch programs and strategic marketing initiatives, while also developing and managing national programs that enhance customer experiences and strengthen brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation and communication of marketing strategies for retail and digital platforms to effectively engage target audiences.
- Advise senior management on the development and logistics of customer marketing strategies, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
- Manage and guide the Retail Marketing team in the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Align Nintendo’s strategic objectives with retailer enhancement initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze performance and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to design customer strategies for digital retail and in-store experiences.
- Provide leadership on emerging trends in channels, technologies, and retail environments.
