Your Role
As a Senior Manager - Product Owner, you will spearhead the product roadmap and articulate the strategic vision for your team, aligning it with the overarching goals of the organization. Your in-depth understanding of the market and industry dynamics will enable you to forge strong connections with key stakeholders, ensuring team efforts are strategically directed. You will oversee dependencies with other functions and foster strategic partnerships across teams. Collaborating closely with your team, you will translate business value and user feedback into actionable developments as needed. You will be accountable for achieving specific business KPIs tied to your product area.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of team output from conception to production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and product alignment with team strategy.
- Take responsibility for product-specific KPIs once the solution is launched, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Use industry insights to convert user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a backlog that is 3-4 sprints ahead.
- Work alongside the Chief Product Officer to define each product’s business value and assist with messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
- Facilitate release planning with stakeholders and conduct weekly product demonstrations.
- Incorporate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure a customer-centric design.
- Align external product requirements and stakeholder expectations.
