Senior Manager, Order Management
Opportunity
New Relic is in search of a Senior Manager for Order Management to become a pivotal part of our Deal Desk & Strategy team! This position is essential for maximizing the value derived from New Relic’s product sales and the associated revenue. You will ensure compliant transactions that cater to a diverse range of internal corporate customers, protect New Relic's revenue, and enhance the productivity of our sales teams. This role is crucial in shaping and executing strategies to modernize and scale our order management capabilities. You will represent Order Management during transformation initiatives aimed at improving customer order commitments, optimizing systems and tools, and enhancing inventory performance.
This role will require close collaboration with the Deal Desk, billing, and revenue teams. The ideal candidate will possess a team-oriented mindset, excel in cross-departmental collaboration, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills through critical analysis. You will be motivated by the prospect of process improvements and reviews.
