Overview:
This is a remote position that will hold a vital leadership role for our accounts in the Midwest (Target, Best Buy, and Kohl’s). Reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Midwest, the Planning & Analytics Lead will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights, shaping strategies for market share growth, and rigorously evaluating forecasts to ensure business health across key retail accounts. This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for a highly motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee a team of analysts who serve as Planning & Analytics specialists, monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, promotional effects, and competitive positioning.
- Proactively address category performance gaps to ensure brand dominance and retention of market share.
- Deliver incisive competitor insights — identifying who is doing what, where, and how we can win.
- Foster partnerships with retail accounts through the presentation of market share (syndicated data) and consumer data, encompassing the entire SharkNinja portfolio.
- Assist in managing the demand planning process, tracking current category trends and utilizing them for future forecasts, while communicating opportunity gaps and associated risks.
- Provide real-time analysis of point-of-sale (POS) data to enable swift decision-making and strategic refinements.
