The Senior Manager of Operations, Provider Success for the Southern region plays a pivotal role in driving Clover Health's national provider success strategy. This leadership position is responsible for cultivating strong provider relationships, optimizing team performance, and enhancing market-level outcomes. You will ensure that national standards are met while skillfully adapting strategies to fit local market nuances.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for addressing market-specific provider needs and will be accountable for achieving results within your region.
As the Senior Manager of Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
Implementing the Provider Success Strategy
- Oversee the execution of the national provider success strategy to meet regional performance objectives.
- Drive regional outcomes focused on provider satisfaction, engagement, retention, and effective issue resolution.
- Foster increased usage and ongoing adoption of the Clover Assistant within your designated markets.
- Utilize national playbooks and workflows while customizing implementations to meet specific provider and market demands.
Leading Regional Teams and Building Provider Relationships
- Guide, mentor, and develop regional provider success teams, including Regional Directors of Operations and Account Managers.
- Establish and nurture executive-level partnerships with key provider stakeholders.
- Support teams in defining tactical approaches for each account, prioritizing daily tasks, and achieving regional objectives.
- Manage regional staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation strategies.
Enhancing Market Execution and Gathering Feedback
- Identify and address workflow, implementation, and operational challenges unique to specific practices or markets.
- Develop and implement local strategies to eliminate barriers and elevate the provider experience.
- Analyze regional performance trends, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Communicate systemic issues and insights to national leadership for enterprise-level solutions.
- Collaborate with regional Clinical, Network, Growth, and Operations leaders to ensure seamless execution.
