About the Role
We are searching for a Senior BDR Manager to spearhead and nurture our Business Development team in the APAC region. This pivotal role focuses on training, coaching, and cultivating a top-tier outbound organization throughout Asia-Pacific. You will play a crucial role in enhancing BDR talent through methodical coaching, continual skill enhancement, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs across the APAC region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding, objection handling, outbound frameworks, and workflow optimization.
- Guide and coach exceptional discovery practices, covering qualification frameworks, questioning techniques, and multi-threading fundamentals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, call reviews, role plays, and performance evaluations to foster consistent growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Enablement to refine regional outbound strategies and messaging.
