POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Client Success to join our dynamic team in London.
The Client Success department at Wellhub plays a vital role in helping our largest and most strategic enterprise clients effectively adopt, scale, and derive measurable value from our wellness solutions. In this position, you will oversee a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts, managing post-sale relationships while striving for client retention, engagement, and positive commercial outcomes.
This role is hands-on and client-facing, ideal for someone adept at navigating complexity, fostering robust stakeholder relationships, and collaborating across functions to deliver impactful results. The position is hybrid, with an expectation to be in the office twice a week.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Lead the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of large enterprise clients, acting as the primary contact and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing success.
