General Administration for PgP1 Facilities Department (FCM)
- Responsible for budget formulation and oversight, including the establishment and tracking of performance targets and strategic goals.
- Ensure the development and training of FCM associates to meet necessary competencies.
- Oversee real estate management in line with Central Directives and local regulations.
- Establish compliance with audit and legal standards, ensuring certification of facilities to meet environmental, safety, and health regulations.
- Formulate and revise policies and guidelines in alignment with Central Directives, best practices in maintenance, and operational matters.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for the FCM department.
- Ensure timely completion and quality assurance of work performed by external contractors and vendors.
- Develop and periodically review processes and procedures as necessary.
Site Operational Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of mechanical (Lifts, HVAC, Exhaust, Chiller, PCW, High-Speed Door, etc.) and electrical systems (transformers, switchgear, lighting, ESD gates, etc.) as part of an integrated Facility Management function.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is executed properly and on schedule.
- Minimize disruptions to plant operations caused by fluctuations or interruptions in facility systems.
- Drive the organization towards a structured operation and maintenance of FCM systems.
- Implement programs aimed at reducing costs, consumption, and resource usage.
Project Related Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
- Establish communication channels with end users and requesters.
- Align user requirements with design specifications for extensions and renovations.
- Promote the implementation of Industry 4.0 and digitalization concepts within FCM.
- Introduce innovative building and office design concepts.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects.
Building, Environmental, and Integrated Facility Management Responsibilities
- Manage landscaping, housekeeping, canteen services, and structural/civil works.
- Organize waste management in accordance with regulations.
- Ensure proper management of domestic water supply and sewage discharge.
- Provide timely and quality maintenance and repairs for buildings.
- Conduct testing of ESD floor properties to meet compliance standards.
- Ensure production areas maintain required humidity, temperature, and particle levels.
- Continuously enhance the environmental footprint of the plant.
- Oversee overall Integrated Facility Management.
Global Real Estate (GR)
- Participate actively and collaborate within the Cluster Service Team (CST) in the ASEAN 1 Cluster.
