What You Will Be Doing
In the role of Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing the intelligence that powers the next generation of agentic AI systems and associated technologies, designed to interpret vast and diverse log data. You will utilize machine learning, prompt engineering, and rigorous evaluation techniques to create autonomous AI agents that enable organizations to comprehend and act upon their data in real time.
Joining our small, high-impact team offers a unique opportunity to influence how AI agents process complex machine data. You will work with cutting-edge LLM infrastructure and contribute to establishing best practices in context engineering and AI observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize agentic AI components, focusing on context engineering, memory management, and prompt strategies.
- Develop and maintain golden datasets by defining sourcing strategies, collaborating with data vendors, and ensuring quality and representativeness at scale.
- Prototype and evaluate innovative prompting strategies and reasoning chains to improve model reliability and interpretability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver comprehensive AI-powered insights.
- Operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, defining project scope, setting milestones, and driving successful outcomes.
- Ensure reliability, performance, and observability of deployed agents through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong bias for action by delivering incremental, well-tested enhancements that directly improve customer experiences.
