Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT, consulting, and corporate positions, facilitating recruitment across Ireland, the UK, the US, India, and other global regions. The ideal candidate will possess robust sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a proven track record in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to final offer acceptance.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across Ireland, the UK, the US, India, and globally.
Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates for technical and functional fit.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to all parties involved.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding processes.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment data, reports, and KPIs.
Support employer branding efforts for DYNE Global Services.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance with relevant labor regulations.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter.
Strong background in recruiting for IT, Consulting, and Technology roles.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
Hands-on experience in supporting recruitment for Ireland, UK, US, and India.
Familiarity with global/international recruitment.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
