The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Senior IT Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our internal IT systems as we grow. You will be the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries—from onboarding new employees and advisors to establishing processes that will facilitate our rapid scaling. This role uniquely combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic process development in a dynamic fintech environment.
