In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest product quality across our iOS applications and web dashboard. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to expedite testing processes, enhance analytical depth, and identify real-world issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual QA testing on iOS applications and web dashboards, adopting a real-user mindset
- Perform regression, workflow, and edge-case testing prior to each release
- Assess offline functionality, synchronization logic, and data integrity
- Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude) for:
- Creating and refining test cases
- Log analysis and reproduction steps
- Accelerating investigation and validation processes
- Develop and uphold structured test cases for critical user workflows
- Identify, document, and prioritize bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact assessments
- Manage issue tracking using Linear (preferred), Jira, or GitHub Issues
- Validate fixes and releases in staging environments prior to production
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify risks early
- Contribute to enhancing QA processes, documentation, and overall release confidence

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience testing iOS applications
- Strong grasp of regression and edge-case testing
- Practical experience with bug tracking tools (Linear, Jira, or GitHub Issues)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with:
- APIs
- Data synchronization
